Divorce and Will

I am a Naturalized U.S. citizen from Mexico. I have recently divorced and have moved to California. I would like to change my will and in it include some of my family members who are not U.S. citizens. Has anyone else gone through this process and can give me some advice? I have been looking into this San Diego trust attorney, has anyone else heard of them or used them?
