 Best Cajun Foods What are the best Cajun foods in your opinion? I love a lot of different Cajun recipes, but I do think that the following represents the ultimate, best Cajun foods ever created. What do you think? boiled crawfish, crawfish etouffee, crawfish boudin, crawfish pie, crawfish soup, boudin, shrimp etouffee, corn and shrimp soup, alligator sauce piquant, jambalaya, gumbo, blackened redfish I must be missing some. Can you help me? What are your favorite Cajun foods?
